Listings are categorised into counties for UK based event photographers.
All listings are charged annually. We as the directory site will provide you with an account a username and password and the facilities to create your listing. We are not responsible if those services do not get used once payment is made. Once we have received payment and sent out your username and password this will constitute as creation of an account with us. Once your account is created no refunds can be made. You must keep a record of your username and password and not divulge these to anyone else. Your username and password are for your exclusive use only.
The information on this web site is made available to you on condition that it is accessed via RPPL’s central server. Deep linking, or accessing our web site other than through the central server and acknowledging RPPL as the source of any content on this site, shall be deemed to be a breach of these terms and of RPPL’s copyright of this web site. Please read the RPPL copyright notice.
The information published on this web site is provided for the convenience of its members and visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. If any booking is made for an event through www.eventphotographers.co.uk RPPL cannot be held liable in anyway, or be responsible for poor service, quality of work or negligence on behalf of the photographer. The individual photographer must make every endeavour to ensure that sufficient funds or insurances are in place to undertake photographic services to cover any loss of earnings, cancellation costs and costs incurred by the event organiser which is considered to breach any contract between the individual photographer and organiser. RPPL cannot guarantee or be responsible for the quality of work for a photographer and the directory provided is for information purposes only.
RPPL uses reasonable endeavours to prevent contamination by known viruses and to maintain the security of the web site but RPPL does not warrant the information on this web site in any way and in particular no warranty is given that the web site or its contents or hypertext links are accurate, complete, virus free or uncontaminated, nor can we guarantee that the web site may not be affected by deliberate damage by hackers, failure of plant, machinery, equipment or computers, power failure, failure of telecommunications lines or any criminal action. All liability for such damage is hereby expressly excluded.
